Institutional Effectiveness Committee (IEC)

The Institutional Effectiveness Committee (IEC) provides a framework for the documentation of college assessment process and the integration of results in decision-making across the campus.

Committee Charge

Institutional Effectiveness Committee is charged with:

Coordinating program review related activities.
Reviewing campus decision making processes and making recommendations for improvement.
Monitoring  GWC’s compliance with accreditation standards and making recommendations for improvement.
Analyzing Key Performance Indicators data and providing recommendation for targets

Meeting Location Day and Time: 1st and 3rd Thursday of the Month, 3:00 PM-4:00 PM in Humanities 107

Membership Composition: IEC is comprised of 17 members with 8 faculty representatives, 6 planning team representatives, 2 classified representatives, and 1 student representative.
